In providing nationwide passenger transit services, many companies have determined customer service to the public is in need of a quality control enhanced capability. NATIONAL TOUR is now offering that QUALITY CONTROL by offering its innovative GHOST RIDERS in cities that transit companies need to audit services as provided by the transit operators transporting passengers throughout the designated routes.
GHOST RIDERS are fully qualified commercial class A and B with P endorsement/air brake transit operators that have been trained to look for the services that the riding public would expect of transit operations. These services would include:
